Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs or Branched Chain Amino Acids, Essential Amino Acids) derived from leucine, isoleucine and valine contain approximately 35% of the amino acid composition of muscle tissue.
We cannot produce these amino acids ourselves and must be included in the diet.
BCAAs differ from the other amino acids in that they are immediately absorbed into the muscles and are not stored in the liver.
BCAAs can be used between meals, before, during and immediately after training.
But some athletes also use them extra in the evening or at night.

500 mg BCAA amino acids in a ratio:
L-Leucine: L-Isoleucine: L-Valine = 2: 1: 1.
Vitamin C: 100 mg - RI* = 125%
Vitamin D3: 5 mcg - RI* = 100%
*RI = Reference intake per capsule
Other ingredients: soy lecithin, food acid: malic acid, vitamin C, vitamin D3, gelatin capsule.(bovine)
Use: 2 x 5 capsules per day, best between meals.
